I second painting the lapels instead of the shirt. More paints would look better replacing their colors instead of the shirt's. Still a solid 8 outta 10.

This is really good work especially on the undershirt and the bandanna. It would be nice to have a second style to paint the lapels instead though.

This is so cool. It fits both the artstyle of TF2 and Scout himself. I really hope Valve adds this in the near future, because it deserves to be in the game!

First of all, this is one of the best items on the workshop right now. But it does feel a bit bland but we need these types of cosmetics these days to work with the insane ones. Great job and I hope it gets put into the game! :)
