If there seems to be a consensus to have them all dark, I can update the texture with this change.
In that case, only the lights in the entrances, the round windows, and the ones with the cross-shaped frames will remain lit.
On the other hand, I think it wasn't unusual for public/university buildings to have all their rooms lit at night regardless of student presence in the past, at least before it became common to try to economize energy. In that case I could eventually reduce their brightness.
Anyway, in view of this discussion, since there is way to "poll" this issue, if I see more comments preferring no lights to all lights, I will change it.
