I was playing in a normal seed pre 1.4.4.
But I think I might know the problem. I think I have another mod conflicting with this one. I’m gonna try disabling it

@Mark, The Devourer I'm gonna assume you are playing the new "Everything" seed. Yeah, that seed uses the Don't Starve death sound instead of the normal one. I've been meaning to change that sound file to Mr. Hippo. Problem is I don't know the name of it.

This mod isn't working for me. Do you know any fixes I could try?

FINALLY, ETERNITY MODE IS FINALLY PLAYABLE! THANK YOU!!!!

Managed to keep this up for a full hour until my friends started dying next to me on purpose. I cried, but pushed through, and eventually they gave up. Then I was just caving near the hellevator (which was still in-progress) when my friend forgot to slow his fall before reaching the bottom and died, I distantly heard the speech start up and rushed to turn it off, but alas- even in the main menu I was forced to listen to a faint, just barely comprehensible speech on frozen pigeons. I cried that night, harder than I ever did before, and when the morning came my will to live went, but luckily now if people die it sounds like lego yoda death sound again

frozen.’ Again, misunderstanding my words. I didn’t mean to say that the breadcrumbs were frozen, when I said, ‘I told you they’re frozen’, I’d been referring to the birds. Y’know, in hindsight what I should’ve said was–and this would make perfect sense, ‘Why did you throw the breadcrumbs to the birds when the birds are frozen?’ He misunderstood upon my correction, statin’ that he didn’t know what else to do with the breadcrumbs, and that perhaps, y’know, when the birds thawed, they’d still be able to eat the crumbs. So I-I said to Orville, I said and this is what I said to him, I said, ‘Orville, the birds may be dead.”
