There is currently no setting for that, sorry.

Is it possible to limit who is affected by this? I have a group of people who want to play and some want this mod but others dont, is there a Whitelist setting?

i found a bug:
some modded equipment can give the player such high life regen that the decay debuff doesn't deal any damage(such as the heart charm from storm's additions). presumably even the right combination of vanilla equipment like a shiny stone and band of regeneration could get this same effect. is there a way you can make the debuff disable health regen as well as dealing damage over time?

In vanilla, invasions can spawn enemies if you are not below ~67.5 blocks from the surface. The mod doesn't change this.

does this mod let events happen underground like goblin invasion, pirate invasion, etc
