@elbebe2417 yes you will need a new character. But the lights are shit. they aren't red and blue it's like red and blue and turquoise and yellow. -_-

The lights are way to bright for me, how do I dim them a bit? is there a way in the game or do I have to wait for a mod to come out?

i dont have a problem with the brightness but I was hoping for red and blue, they are a blue green and white.

Sorry but the lights are horrible, I thought may they will red/blue bars. I think the originals are better.

The lights are great, makes me feel like I'm at a Christmas party while pulling over pedestrians!! I think the light makes the female officer's hair (Emma Davis) look too bright tho

Guys the mod won't work yet until the 31st of May when it releases on the beta branch, you have to wait until then.
