This just reminds me of that penguin from Wallace and Gromit, but aside from that its a bit goofy but not harmful to add to the game... I'd prefer to see other cosmetics added to the game but its fine. 5/10

DudeTheNinja is spot-on with his observations. THIS is the right kind of silly for TF2, not a hat shaped like a camper van or doughnut for grenades.

I think this is silly but the right kind of silly. Like I can sorta imagine Medic doing this to entertain his doves (and fellow mercs when a little bit drunk at a party). Plus, it's essentially a modernized RRG, but also not all-class, so I do like it in that part. The jigglebones are also extremely well-done. It'd probably be a lower-tier cosmetic, but I wouldn't mind it being incorporated into the game one bit. Nice!
