Is there a way to manually spawn sprinters as admin?
I want to spawn some in a specific area, or for events

you can set in the mod 100%sprinters and 0% Slow Shamblers, runners with 1.0 HP
look at sandbox option, let me know if this work

Hello, could you please make a mod, 100% sprinters with normal zombie HP, that will work on multiplayer? Because even if you pick "sprinters" in sandbox in server settings it will switch back to regular speed.

Could you add a mod that just enabled 100% sprinters for MP? There is a mod out already, but it has not been updated in sometime.
