faction doesn't show at all

@Venetian Merchant The PDF mod is currently a WIP, i have a friend working on it but still going to take alot of time to finish, we may release like a beta version of it near the end of the year

Could you make a PDF mod to go along with this

i was able to clear the error messages by just deleting all of the units, groups and config lines. No units or groups, but i can atleast use the assets of this mod without errors.

such a good looking mod, but the error messages are a killer. Getting one about USAmryM113 and AlkFrameWork.

Andy, what you'll want to do is go into the CfgPatches file and go down to Line 84 in the screenshot below and remove it.

save and republish and it should be good to go

Racc00n, if you have the other mod that Andy has for Desert Storm, they cancel each other out. So you'll have to remove the one to get the other to work. it's a bit odd.

There is also a new error in Eden

It also now doesn't show the faction in the faction list in Eden or Zeus.

Double check the CfgPatches, iirc, that is where the error line is being called from. I'm at work so I cant verify atm

i loaded the mod then i get Missing AlkFrameWork, i cant even save my game with this mod

AlkFrameWork Running on dedicated server what am I missing?! I see lots of you have the same issue and I have no idea what pbo I could be missing.

no i dont but when loading up the editor and placing units I crash at random sometimes it wont crash then i plop down like a few guys and it crashes

Do you get any new error messages when launching the game? i havent found any issues with spawning units and all of them have their faces

Game crashed when I spawned a couple of soldiers and some of their faces are missing though at least I can launch the game with the mod now

Added a couple of new units and tweaked a little the gear of some units, havent found any new error messages after applying changes

Well i have no idea how im going to fix that issue with the desert storm units since i made them using alive orbat creator and got no issues when implementing the units, i may add more units in the future when i get time,cause im currently working and i barely touch my pc

Hey man, just letting you know that this conflicts with your Desert Storm Americans. If both faction mods are loaded at the same time, whichever is loaded last will appear in the editor, while the other is completely invisible.
Would also appreciate it if you were able to add additional vehicles to the faction, like tanks, helicopters, etc. Even if it's not historical, it would be nice to have them for other missions as this and your Desert Storm faction are some of the best late Cold War Americans out there (and the requirements aren't a total clusterf@ck).

What do these show up as in the editor? Can't seem to find them, though I see your Desert Storm units just fine.

@Ghallahad: Note, this is a "Character, Equipment" mod. Specifically, this mod adds US soldiers with appropriate attire and equipment for use in Arma 3. It does not contain any missions.

idk if im doing something wrong but subscribed and finished dowloading and updating in arma 3 launcher and checked the boxes to play in game and then went to arma3, singplayer, senarios and cant find it anywhere
im new to arma 3 if i could get some direction that would help

@W-Cephei Thats how s&s made them so nothing i can do about it, my father can also confirm since he survided the invasion, US troops almost got him killed

The US Army did not used "inverted" flag patches during that time.

Our community has a Op Just Cause veteran who can confirm this.
