here I explain more about my case

@Jasdan - Sorry man I don't have any previous versions.
I need to be able of entering a server
Oh, you might have to be in debug mode? Not 100% sure, but I always start in debug mode activated since the early days of my mods use (so I can turn off any errors breaking the game with f11 then unchecked the tick box for that)
Tho, you might be able to do the same if you run a server, and use the built in admin tile picker (but I don't, which is why I use the mod version)
As for searching, you can see the items available from individual mods (they are all listed separately on the left as named list) and the item appears on the right (usually all 4 rotations) you just click the one you want to pick, then click where you want on the game screen.
Sometimes doors and windows can be a bit twitchy. I usually use the tile pickup move objects, then place them down again if I can, or if its a door not opening right, remove door via 'Egon's all doors are your's' mod (but only 1 at a time)
so if im understanding this correctly.
i cant use any of the items in the tilepack mods (via the normal route),
however,
using better tiles picker (i presume any of the admin spawn tool mods like "Admin More Tiles" would also work same as this?), i would be able to just search "x" item from "x's tilepack mod" and "god-mode" spawn it into the game...?
(if thats the case, got'cha)
from a building aspect, ill throw a few supplies that seem fitting to "x" item as if i was actually building it into a trashcan and "delete" them, that way i can also avoid being tempted to just spawn in all the items i need XD
To get the maps working you usually have to start a new game (because the game draws the whole game map when you first start your game up, then spawns loot ect as you get close to areas, I think)
If you use the tile picker, be carefull when spawning the wall/floor and roof type tiles, they can't always be removed, so be certain you want to place those tiles there. Be carefull when using the delete function too, it can be a bit picky about what you are removing.
Most of the furniture on the maps can be picked up tho, so you don't have to use the picker unless you don't want the custom map mods.
The items themselves don't get added unless you add a custom map mod.
You won't find the items outside of those new map areas.
If you want to have the items, but don't want to add any custom maps, you will need a mod that let's you pick the items and spawn them.
im not a modder so i dont know how they would work...
so my questions are
how do thoses tile packs work?
(do they appear / add themselves into the existing maps like mods do?)
and if they do how do i find them ?
(random locations /set locations on a default map or can i build them like i would with normal furniture ?)
or can/could i only use them if im editing/building my own map?
(if thats the case,,, thats gonna blow because 1. im not the most creative mind out there, 2. i cant mod to save my life lol)
Cheers for the assist.
