I have 2 shouts that have Cooldown, They're KYNE's PEACE and ELEMENTAL FURY

See I'm not sure it it the new shot mod that trigered the cooldown of my frost shout but my Fus Ro Dah is just fine. What I'm trying to ask is what would is missing if the no cooldown works for my Fus Ro Dah but not the others. O ha I did get get some messages about some files errors when the Skyrim Data File is doing update checks when it would get to a file it can't update or us in game it would pop up thi mes Failed to get details for a subscribed file! steam error 15. Not sure if that means that part of the data for some modz are not usable or some are not of use anymore?

I dont understand what you are saying (sorry) but correct me if I am wrong. I think you mean you downloaded a mod called GOOD DAY SIR to replace the .wav file for it to say GOOD DAY SIR when you use Fus Ro Dah and it is messing up your shouts?

I don't know if the new GOOD DAY SIR mod to replace you Fus Ro Dah triggered a messing up of my cool downs my frost so far is at a cool down now and I haven't had any probs with my shout at all but the usual did any one have this prob if so just post here please?

Sorry about elemental fury, I dont know why it still has a cooldown but I will try to fix it

actually it does work with some. i got a sheogorath mod with a shout for it and it works!

yeah like 5 or 10 secounds so its like shouts are usable but not game breaking

the only issue I have is that even the Dragurs have no cool downs so I spend most of the dugeon fights flying or on my back trying to get up but end up stuck or thrown again

Instead of using this mod, you can also type "player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0" in the console, which can be opened/closed by typing the ^-Button.

i wish i could use the mod but my computer keeps on overheating even though i have a fan trying to cool it off
