Could you make it so the Witch Doctor sell his VANITY? I would LOVE that thanks in advance. Also yeah the pirate sells his Vanity twice

currently only makes SOME npc's sell their halloween sets, and it's buggy as the pirate sells it's vanity twice in it's shop.

Is it just on my end? I do have a lot of mods going
