I think its suggested that their armaments look similar to Oceanias Orwellian army, Fascist German, Soviet Russian mixed uniform gears

Suggestion: you could use real-life armies as an inspiration. For example, Antegria/Kolechia= WW2 Germany, or Republia= WW2 French Army. I wish I could help, but I have no idea about making PMs!
