Because Iosif is the most accurate literal translation, of the letters, and yosif, would just be the pronunciation

Why is Stalin's name Iosif? In Russian his name starts with an й which is basically a Y/J sound.

I mean it really depends on what picture he takes to make her as based off of this mod he takes pictures of leaders and does photoshop and such so it's a game of luck considering their portraits of her with the hussar outfit and without it so
