Would love if the crops added by this mod had their decay slowed by temperature like base game crops do. If you put them in the freezer right now they still decay over time.

seeds in huge quantities. I have 20-40k seeds. At the moment there are 200-400 vanilla analogues. it broke the balance.

Hey,
Any chance to re-view decay values? it seems they are way too high.
eg, apple pie is 5y, apple is 2y.
Comparing to vanilla, this should be 3-4d for raw food.
I would say perhaps potato/cabbage should be ok for 1-2y

Is is possible to have the alcohols as alcohols instead of food items? As it stands they aren't counted for the Let's Drink belief and I don't think for Dwarven requirements either.

Not sure if its entended, but can you only plant hay seeds in the hay farms? because when you harvest them it gives you grass seeds instead of hay seeds. so do you only get the seeds from the vendors?

Not exactly sure by how many, but most stuff works with multiples and is quite hard to make it work in a 1 by 1 basis or have it report exactly the outcome because it depends on the the value and rarity of the seeds. Now that I read this I am not sure I explained it... but yes it works with multiples depending on the seed.

Heya, I am not sure if its a bug or something I am doing wrong, but i have set the farming station to maintain for example corn seeds at 130, and now i have 858 seeds XD all the ones I have maintained at the farm station are way over what I need. or are they in multiple of 4?

@taz: Wheat is a modded item added by Bakery mod so there isn't much I can do for you here. The excess seeds is an intended feature because most people using my mods are builders and creative and need the excess to create beautifully designed areas.

I am literally swimming in plants seeds.
Starting my second summer only, and i have hundreds of every seed (but wheat, not sure why i dont get many wheat seeds when harvesting compared to other plants)
As it is still a tiny kingdom, my fields are only 2x4, and i have one for every crop.
I first created tasks to craft 50 of each seeds

But now i have 200 to 400 of pumpkin, corn, potato, ....

I would suggest a little rebalance patch maybe, to lower chance for seed when harvesting a bit closer to vanilla settings

Ability to craft seeds from crops is a gamechanger! I just created "maintain" tasks for all seeds, and ill never miss one again. Almost seems too easy to farm now, to be completely honest eheh

I cant find ability to craft wheat seed on the farming bench though. So i supposed i should report :)

@hamzhu: your suggestion is not possible at the moment as itt follows vanillas animal food rules. As for your report I'll look into it but I'm sure it's a game general thingy because most crops follow vanilla coding

im not sure is this a mod bug or just from vanilla. i just realized when you set harvest to never on a farm. they actually make the nobles harvest all the unripe ones. I've got it from cabbages and hay farming plots. not sure about others yet

Gave the mod a try. Personally, I would have liked apple pie to be a highend meal consumable than a low end like current version. Because look how delicious looking it is compared to the canon stew meal.

@Hank: Actually NF does have different season growth, out of season and a lot more variables. Anyways thank you for your suggestions that may eventually get a place in KFarming, but I do need to stress out that NF is not supposed to be realistic, it's a caricaturized fantasy ambient. :wftogrin:

Sadly Nobel Fates lacks any sort of fertility or rainfall system, which restricted where certain crops could be grown and would make variety an actual element.

I have a few ideas for new crops though, some more medieval crops could be nice as Noble Fates lacks a pretty wide range of medieval crops.
For example leeks/onions, legumes, blackberries/raspberries/strawberries, oats/rye/millet/rice, olives and pears/quinces/bitter oranges.

Would be cool though to see grade with crops, for example some crops grow faster, for example legumes produced large harvests, but the bread it made was called Horsebread as it was considered only fit for horses and the poorest of people but it was eaten widely during famines.

The category of legumes is pretty wide, but white peas were the most common at the time compared to legumes eaten now.

But, it's up to you, after all it's your mod.
