Water resources management is enabled for me. This is my jamb, my mistake, this transport is located in the "water" section.

The Diameter of the truck is bit wider than 3m to allow for thickness of the steel / insulation and mechanical pumps.

Volume = Pie x Diameter x Length
Pie x 3m Diameter x 7m Length = 50m^3 = 50Tons water

What are the dimensions of the cylinder? If it is 3 m across the length of it should be 7 m.

It needs more wheels if it is to haul 50 tons.
