In the case of hotlined I agree with just about all of the constructive criticism given. Sometimes you need to take a step back and look at it through fresh eyes. While I still love the theme, saturated 80s doesn't work with TF2 as intended.
I am still working on a team coloured version that would compliment both the game and the theme. Until then, thanks for the mention, and thank you for the continued feedback (for this and all of my other paints) it really keeps me motivated and driven
Doesn't fit the game very well. Too bright as well.
- Sorry for not having an in game shot. I've added both a gif and a few screen shots to get a better idea on what it would look like in game.
- I hear what you're saying about the colour scheme. I feel that will always be a hot topic within the TF2 community right now. Regardless, I will look into creating a less saturated, team coloured version, however I do feel it would defeat the neon 80s vibe that it was going for.
Perhaps a teal blue like Rocket suggested.
Thank you for your feedback!
for 2 main reasons
1st I cant tell how it would look in game but from the looks it clash with the games color pallet
2ed is the colors would mess with team colors. Ex take Heavy's Minigun, Pyro's Flamethrower, Soldier's rocket launcher they would be massive parts of there player model that would be bright pink so would have a hard time telling if someone was Red or Blu under all that Pink.
A way to fix that is make it team colored like say using Balaclavas Are Forever and give it a gradient as an example.
overall would like to see what this looks like in game but this needs some work to fit right.
