Been playing a coop campaign recently with this mod and I just got a single faction overview popup. So if I understand correctly, we are getting the one from your mod, and CA didn't fix their own yet.

MP, getting a pop up that I can't dismiss and had to load-save around on turn 1 as Sigvald. Not sure if that's this or not, but it's a second How To Play where I can click the button but it doesn't actually go away. Just wanted to report. Doesn't show up in SP.

Missing infections corrected. Also updated the mod for the new patch. I've removed my HOW TO PLAY turn1 event now that CA has added new ones for IE singleplayer.

I'm not sure if the CA How To Play event occurs in multiplayer, so I am leaving mine turned ON for multiplayer.

If anyone is able to test a multiplayer game please let me know if you get BOTH turn 1 Faction Overviews popups.

I just started a Nurgle campaign and noticed that the events from this are not giving the + infections bonus. I am using Radious + few other mods.

I've seen that very specific crash/desync behavior (first fight at the beginning) happen when one player has a different version of a mod than the other on their PC. The best thing to do is to unsubscribe and resubscribe to all mods to force a delete and redownload of the mods to ensure you get the latest version.

Steam workshop is kind of lazy in that it only checks to make sure you are both subscribed to the same mod, it doesn't actually check the version on your local machine. Mod workshop downloads get interrupted and messed up sometimes when a mod has a rapid back to back updates. (I updated the mod twice in 10 minutes to fix something)

Playing this with a friend caused us desyncs, I was kairos he was skarbrand, on his end there was just no animations happening and then when I went to initiate the first fight got the exiting for desync message, just using this better camera mod and building progression icons, happened twice and then we turned just this mod off and everything worked fine

Then you are in luck as I have just updated the mod to include every single legendary lord across every faction and race for immortal empires!

As CA did not include any nice introduction to Immortal Empires beta even in singleplayer, I have enabled this mod for both singleplayer and multiplayer!

Holy moley it took a long time to do all the factions lol.

I think I'll leave it enabled for singleplayer as well because all of the early state of IE there isn't really any of the early game events. Should be out this week

Hi guys - sorry for no update on 1.3 life just got in the way. There will be an update for IE release, just not one for 1.3.

If anyone knows what needs to be changed for 1.3 and can save me the time of investigating it, let me know and I can probably patch it. but otherwise just hold on till IE release.

UPDATED FOR 1.2 WH3 PATCH

I have removed the (now duplicate) fix for the chaos heralds at level 15, CA claims they fixed it in the base game now.

It’s actually quite easy to remove the herald script fix, I won’t really be able to test it. But I will keep the backup version available in case someone needs it.

They claim to have fixed the level 15 exalted event in multiplayer in todays patch. So I hope this mod can be updated quickly, I assume that part of this mod needs to be removed to not cause issues.

Try having everyone unsub and re sub. My friends and I had that exact same problem and it was because one of us didn’t have the new version downloaded. (The other player not getting their intro event tells me they still have the old version).

Steam workshop can be wierd some times.

Now causing an instant desync when I try to fight the first battle. Also, I (the host) got the turn 1 intro event. The other player did not.

Seems to have stopped working. Was good in the campaign we started a few days ago. Not working with the one we started today. Tried disabling other mods, but it still didn't pop up any events.

UPDATE - Added faction specific resources to the mission replacement events. Factions should now receive appropriate resources when the event discusses it. For example when Nurgle has the event that discusses infections, players receive 25 infection resource. Resource amounts match closely with the singelplayer missions.

Also Legion of Chaos (daniel) will now randomly receive a starting hero from one of the 4 chaos gods instead of an exalted hero.

going on from what another person said, playing co-op with a friend as daniel and had the exalted hero show up. actually okay with this, good campaign hero. but yeah he's missing his mount options which is unfortunate. if possible, i'd just attempt to fix the skill tree. or have this guy as a toggle.

Check your data folder and see if either of you have any old mods from before the mod launcher was offically added. You may have some movie type mods in your warhammer 3 data folder that are AUTOMATICALLY loading and don't show up on the mod manager.

Sorry thats quite a list, not sure where your problem could be. Glad to hear it wasn't this mod causing the problem.

My best suggestion is that if the desync happens at the same time, try to think about what may be occurring at that time and think about what mod may be doing something at that time.

we have expanded item slot x3, 25% increase mobility in player territory, using magic dragon form, advanced item fuse, better defeat trait for wh3 legendary lords, more character names, guvs harmony resource, skill revision and addition, 5x regen limit, factionwide resource bonus, lore of art of war, wuxing compass tiny rework, wounded leader matter, better wh3 faction traits, normal traits extended, transformation of dragon for dragon blooded, cathay yin yang spell overhaul, one button respec, anti player bias removal, fair auto, mistriss of storms, no more ai attrition immunity,lord skill compilation, new legendary lord artifacts, easier confed, perm khorne realm wep, radious 1-3. we turned your mod off as we thought it was the desync problem but discovered it wasnt so from our list do you happen to have any ideas?

Is this the only mod you are using?

After turn 8 all the events I think are over, I would expect dysencs to happen in turns 1-8 not after 8. What factions are you playing as?

Yea the rewards are just given without the mission tracking, a little different than singleplayer. For actual missions you need to run scripts that check for conditions ect. These are more complicated than just an event.

I decided against the full missions because CA turned them off and also because I’m not as experienced with script modding.

Either of my friends might be on 4k but I'm on 1080p and had issues selecting my lords directly via mouse (had to use the lord's and Herod part of the UI in the top right). Thanks very much for your help and the mod.

Is it working that intended that the mission rewards are provided immediately without achieving mission goals, and that mission goals are not issued or tracked in the objectives panel?

I am playing tow coop campaigns (Nurgle and Tzeentch, Khorne and Daemons of Chaos) and we are all quite grateful for your excellent mod!

The exalted hero for Daemons Undivided was a placeholder, I forgot to change him over to randomly get one of the four chaos gods starting hero. Thanks for letting me know.

Very strange about the windows not being closeable. Do some of your coop friends run very high resolutions (greater than 4k?) or very small resolutions (less than 1080p?). I assume its possible if the resolution is very small that you can't see the close event window button, but you should always be able to hit escape keyboard key to close any in game popup.

Further we experienced a number of strange graphical bugs such as the event windows not being closable for the other players (didn't experience this myself). However the screen often went much darker with the lords being un-selectable. We didn't get past turn 3 but hopefully once the events are done I'm hoping I'll at least have a mod that just upgrades my daemons in MP

When playing as Daniel (daemons undivided) in a 3 player co-op the turn 3 hero you get is some random unit called an exalted hero, he has half a skill tree and isn't normally recruit-able
