Hello! I've been trying to find blank assets for weeks now so I could create my own characters! Do you know where I can find them?

Great work! I was curious to try out the board game, but since I have no friends to play it with put it off.

I have just recently created a discord in order to bring together all the English and French-speaking players of dead by daylight the board game in order to be able to play the game often on tabletopsimulator. The philosophy of ou servers is being able to play "dead by daylight the board game" frequently on tabletop simulator, while exchanging in French and English for those who wish to improve in French or English!

Hey may i ask what program/how you made the custom character sheets? Or maybe a blank png?

Does anyone know of a community that loves this game? I bought the collectors edition for my brother as he loves dbd and board games. and we have have 3 people so playing is really hard. I want want him to enjoy the game with other people. A discord or anything would help

i tried to send you a message regarding this, i was wondering if i could help with anything? like i have the dbd menu music files, not sure if they could be added as base to the board game itself or if thats a local thing or not :)

More errors, yay!

Fire Up is called "Fired Up".
Blood Warden should be two words.
Wake Up! missing the exclamation point (minor nitpick).
Vigil flavor text adds an apostrophe to "lets".


Another thing I noticed: Dwight and Victor (Twins) custom standees don't show up properly when in a bag. (Dweet's is sideways, obscuring the image, and Victor's is upside down.)

With all that said, PLEASE FIX THESE ERRORS!!!!!

Some things I noticed with the cards:

Dull Key item says "re-reoll".
The Z in Zanshin Tactics isn't capitalized.
Dead Man's Switch is called "Deadman Switch".
Retribution has the E in Hex capitalized.
Spirit Fury spells "pallet" as "paller".
Huntress Lullaby says "irrestible". (???)
Thanat spells "undesirable" as "undesriable".
Tinkerer misspells "when".
Hillbilly should be one word.
All Legion Perks are credited as Spirit Perks.
No hyphen in Yun-Jin's name or accent in Elodie's present in their Perks.
For the People flavor text is repeated.
Breakdown missing S in "sabotaged".
Boil Over spells "Survivor" as "Suruvivor" the second time.
Lithe is in a similar sitch with "move". Also, "path" became "pather".
Open-Handed spells "turn" as "rutn".
Urban Evasion missing L in "original".
Hyphen in Self-Care is missing.
Adrenaline spells "round" as "roung".

Hey, great mod. Can you please fix/move the player hand areas. I think the table is janky on its own and the player hand areas are BELOW the table. Using Gizmo to raise them doesn't really help either. Thank you!

I don't understand what you've done with the player hand areas; any chance for a fix? They are below the table, have no connection to the player mat areas and cards clip through the table into other players' hands. Please move the hand areas. Or did I not understand where to put the movement cards? Very weird.

Blight dont have wait card, instead he got a copy of each card

why are there 6 copies of the movement cards? as far as i know, there can only be 5 players in total XD

I was incredibly sad when I learned the game didn't have any of the licensed characters in it. I just wanna play Freddy damn it. ;_;

The items deck has the wrong amount of some of the items. The only items that have more than one copy as far as I know are the flashlight and the medkit with 3 copies each, while the commodious toolbox, the rainbow map and the dull key have one each. There's also the iridescent key, that only has one copy and gives 3 bloodpoints, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's 3 copies in the game of the normal toolbox. Assuming that, the total of items is 13 items out of the 16 cards listed in the components. Level 99 has confirmed the firecracker is in but as far as I know they haven't revealed what it does. It's a shame that we probably won't know for sure until people start getting their copies delivered.

That said you have done a great job with the mod and me and my friends have enjoyed the game a lot thanks to you, great job!

Made it past the finish line today. Today was the end of the Kickstarter's funding period - and with that came the last characters to be revealed. With all that in mind, all the content for the board game is in and everyone should be able to enjoy it to their leisure.

I will continue to check on the Kickstarter and any other comments in this thread but I think we are finally done for now! I do want to add some of the licensed character's as extra optional content but I want to keep playing this game to fully understand the dynamic of how perks and characters interact with each other - but that shouldnt stop anyone from adding their own custom content for their own games.

I hope this submission gives everyone a chance to enjoy the board game and big thanks to everyone for supporting throughout. Hope you all have fun!

Love that it gets daily updates. I like logging in every day and getting surprised with new killers/ survivors and maps. Been playing since the day before Spirit was added and I'm really enjoying this. Gonna buy the real deal whenever it comes out thanks to this fanmade remake

@BustaChime As I did understand this, each first sacrificing of a survivor gives the killer a direct progress on the sacrifice progress track (rulebook p. 15). And in the cleanup-phase you take a sacrifice progression from the pile (p. 11). So each first sacrificing of a survivor usually gives the killer two progression as an incentive to sacrifice all four of the survivors.

So how does sacrifice progression work? Each survivor is given one at the beginning of the game, right, but if they've been hooked, lost their sacrifice progression when hooked, what happens if they are hooked again? Are they killed? Do I draw another sacrifice progression from the pile? This has confused me and my friend for the past few days...

@Ник475 whenever I see more info on the items I will attempt to add them asap. Been keeping up with the Kickstarter posts and several gameplay vids and trying to add what I see for the official content.

I personally have not seen the key or card yet so any references always help.

What about a deck of items? I know that there should be a key and a card. Will they be added?

1. I added all relative perks in the game for the extra game modes if folks wanted to play those or just have them as their leisure. Just for convenience really!
2. Good call out - actually missed those amongst the other updates. Thanks for the heads up! Just added them in the recent update.

I hope you have been having fun and will keep updating as soon as I can! I know Spirit and Adam are tomorrow so look forward to popping those in.

I have two questions about this
1. In the survivor and killer deck there is an signature perks of all survivors and killers but in the updates we can read that signature perks are unique to each character. That was intented by you to add this to the perks ?
2. There are missing perks like:
For survs: This is not happening, Premonition, Slippery Meat
For killer: Whispers, Unrelenting, Insidous

Really good suggestion @Kavik - was something that was on my mind too. Attempted to address that today. Hope this helps with your setups!

Thank you for recreating this! One suggestion, if possible, can you make all the tokens of the same color stackable, for easy shuffling for the setup of the game.

Very good points - updated the Prop Tokens with that in mind. Thanks for that catch!

Agreed with Sevventh. The token can't really be placed randomly when the name shows, unless you can somehow turn the name off while it is face down?

Otherwise this looks good and seems like it will be interesting to play.

I would suggest removing the names of the tokens. Players can easily see what a face-down token is because of that.

That's a good point adran06. Appreciate the reminder. Will keep that in mind for the future and updated the Character Sheets so that they're no longer formatted via 'boards'.

I would highly recommend you NOT use "boards" for anything someone needs to read. You can't use alt to make them bigger when you do.
