+Mikayari As far as i am aware, The AI will never touch ODM if this isnt the case then ill look into making sure they wont.

Just a personal suggestion, can there be a game rule where only the player can/will be willing to research the ODM? Just to go through the Paradis experience of being the only one to have the ODM gear.

Hey instead of making the decision to research ODM gear available only for some countries why don't you make it available for all countries that are not AI?
