When I test it with the subscribed version, the contract shows up.
Mods fill the VRAM. At some point, no more mods get loaded. 6GB isn't bad. But hard to say how much space your 59 mods use.

Please check your AppData\LocalLow\Apoapsis Studios\Airport CEO\Player.log if the Monarch mod gets loaded or not.

I've got 6Gb, the Nvidia 1060 GTX and including retail and fuel mods, 59 all together. I turn off the vanilla airlines & retail. PC has 64Gb & an i9 4.3ghz processor. Strangely it's only Monarch which doesn't show up. Maybe it's time to begin again rather than increase my airline mods mid construction? I'm not getting rid of the mod Andy, there'll be a reason, I just need to find it. I've binned Aeroflot!! so I think I'll revise the list a bit more and see if it appears.

It's a 3 star airline, so the airport needs at least 3 stars. If this is the case, how many mods do you use in total and how much VRAM does your gaphics card have?

Hi Andy, It's showing on my modding list but isn't being offered in game? not like you mate, you're workshop mods are solid gold. Airport is 5 star.
