imo this is perhaps the greatest avali model i've seen, it blends the cartoony vibe that starbound gives them with a highly customizable model, and even includes the full armour sets which is awesome. it has been my go to for a good playermodel almost ever since it released :D

Howdy! I noticed that the model appears to be stuck on Skin2 for some reason, and some other people also seem to be having the same problem

I have made an attempt to fix the outfitter issue with most of my addons. I piloted the fix on a new model and tested iit on two others. If something breaks let me know and I'll get to it in the morning. Thanks

If you want to do your own things with the model, they are available on gumroad somewhere. Do you mean you want to upload an edited model to gmod?

me and a fren have been having a blast with these and we're wondering if we can have the raw .fbx files or such to make our own edits with? we could just extract the .mdl but they've never worked with .mdl and i've had a bad first impression with .mdl. credit will be given

I am closing in on finishing the texturing of that avali model. When I get to reuploading it, it should look much better. I had recently finished redoing the wings, tail, and a bunch of other things.

Me thinks maybe they were hidden so finer tuning could be done to them, because I know the newer Avali model had a lot that needed to be done to it

It is not possible to get the c_hands to match the bodygroups of the actual body, only the skin can do this.

When removing the feathers on the player model it won't remove them in first person view. I'm not sure if this is possible or not but it's just a little thing I found.

this is still probably one of the best models of these guys, like it doesn't look like one of those weird creepy looking furry models, or too far from the original design.
