@etherealemil, i take it upon myself to give people compliment when they do something good instead of just complaining when they make a mistake or mess up, positive reinforcement they call it. Since i started doing that, i noticed people around me and in my work team have been considerably more smiling and productive as well as harder to iritate by the little bad things of life. Then i decided it was worth doing everywhere and to total strangers! Thus i feel i need to tell you that is good work, since it is!
