@Andrea, okay thanks will check it out, i tried to save it and edit it as a new asset but that didnt work.

@GrumpyDumpy there is a trick how you can bypass the 64 prop limit: you simply put a previously created park/asset in this asset. I have seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTvKWGouU6M
