I've figured out the issue with resources disappearing from nations in this mod, for some reason all the resources go to Uruguay leaving very little for the rest of the world

So! im having a lot of fun with liberia forming the usa ( african usa ) one thing that when ou buy resoruces from the world it desapears like one day it vanish and another day it is there again , i know you are developing the mod but pls remove the resources from the world and pls add more resources for africa. another thing that this mod is very good for testing divisions , one problem resources , but the rest you doing great! and maybe technology for countries like liberia , somalia , marroco idk , and join my discord server we are doing africa only mod game this week ( tuesday or thursday ) https://discord.gg/GQsnNpj7

great mod, you should probably make the world map only africa if you decide to learn how to make maps for hoi4; alongside more states - itd be a lot more fun with that

Do you plan on adding new starting nations to spice things up? For example bri'sh or french remnants (in South Africa and Algeria respectively). Also, what about Lesotho or Eswatini?

@Dark Horse YOO thank you, that means a lot to me! I just updated the mod and added a few more formable nations, army templates for every country, and fixed some issues with a few nations.

Please add more states, having entire countries only comprised of 1 state makes the game feel unplayable.

do i need waking the tiger dlc for the formable nations? i am currently playing without it and it seems like it

Other countries than Ethiopia (which I was playing) and perhaps South Africa don't have any division templates. They build up an arsenal of military factories and produce a sh.t ton of equipment, but they don't use it. It is pointless that they declare war on each other, nothing happens, because even in 1939 they don't have any divisions. I would be grateful if you could copy for example Ethiopia's 4 infantry template to every country (suggestion: also a 4 cavalry div. template for Egypt)
Otherwise fun mod, it is good that 70 days are reduced to 35!

Also, maybe you should give Uganda Rwanda and Burundi an alliance or other stuff to simulate the first and second congo wars! It could be a good spain or sino-japanese war equivalent

Military Factories for Egypt aren't working

Im having similar issues to everyone else - the game crashes during loading up the game.
Would love to play it though, looks fun

It crashes for me during launch. No other mods are on, all DLC is active and using the most recent version of the game.

Im actually in love with this mod. Feels like a new DLC. Additionally one can finally play til the late game without severe lags. keep it up

@judeklindra Thanks for the feedback! Soon I'll add some focuses and also I was originally thinking of doing something like the divided states but starting a new map from 0 is though work.

A couple ideas:

1. Focus trees for the major countries (ofc, also make one for the Pirate country!!!)
2. The North America Divided mod did something really cool where the rest of the world was gone, maybe something to look into (although I think that's a lot of work)
3. Israel in Madagascar is insane lol pls keep it
4. Expand on the basic focus tree, it feels like certain countries get targeted by 5 countries at once

Other than that the mod is perfect, just some good, old fashioned colonization of Africa

I haven’t developed focus trees yet, but I made it so the base focus tree takes less time to complete and gives you a war goal against a neighboring country

whenever I boot up the game every single country has the base tree

I’m not sure how to fix it, I’ll look into it when I get some free time, but what I’ve noticed is that when you finish the focus you get the factories in your state but they don’t show up until really late in the game or if you reload a save game. This only seem to happen to countries that don’t have an army or division templates.
