Suspicion confirmed, the only fix I found was adding the "unbreakable" tag to "ground".

This may also occur with some buildings on the map that are on separate bodies like the trees.

Couldn't find a fix but its a problem with the trees and the map floor not being grouped so every time you hit the the ground or a tree it has to calculate the damage for the ground and the trees that are clipped into the map floor.

Narrow the issued down to the maps floor and isolated areas near the river. Its probably an issue with dynamic bodies. I'll look further.

It only seems to lag when a voxel is broken, i'll look into it if that's okay with you.

this map has an odd issue where it tends to lag a lot, sorry. Never found out what caused it, nor how to fix it.
