Thank you, I was able to look into how to use it after reading your comment and can use it now.
I'd never used blueprints before, thought this was a mod that added a series of parts to the G menu.

@xMizuki Thats probably because this isn't a mod.. its a blueprint.

I bought all 7 dlcs (when i only wanted maybe 3 of them) to use this mod, but it doesnt show up in my list of mods, ive tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, restarting my whole computer. it actually doesnt even show up in the in-game workshop under my subscribed items either. I also cant find it through searching the in-game workshop as a whole.
I've carefully looked through every mod I have, in case it's under a different name, and it's just not there. am I doing something wrong?

I've tried, failed, wailed, quit then tried again, I'm not a ship designer but now maybe I can be a ship builder. All credit to you for future monstrosities that look modular. @Kirbcake Yes they are, otherwise parts may split due to missing components like armour plates, cargo containers, warfare reactors etc. But the best way is to find out, and maybe patch the gaps yourself with what you have.

are the dlcs absolutely REQUIRED for this? Or is there maybe a DLC-less version?
