That's strange. Should be available with the first or second crafting station..
Try restarting, and checking you don't have other guts that interfere- like only use that mod to check first (on a new save).

yes, I am using guts, when I try to search to build the armor pieces they don't appear anywhere, I tried with all the Crafting Stations

@Worg the leap is in outdated function unfortunately, and was removed due to being too buggy and inconsistent. This "patch" does not fix anything, as I only changed values and stuff.

the only rebalance mod on the workshop that actually balances a character instead of buffing it

You sure you have it enabled? I ran a test with clean files and there seems to be no problems for me. I really hope you get it working @alexys.
Maybe other mods are conflicting?

Man honestly this char sounds sick, but the game wont load him in :(
