great mod. Could you add options to change the upkeep? I feel like it's really cheap for the bonuses it gives

i agree on the higher maintenance, personally i feel for all the funding options that doubling the base maintenance of the first level and making every subsequent level double the previous (4-8-16-32-64 ect) but thats probably too steep for everyone else.

Need to reduce province war score cost modifier to half or quarter. Or increase maintenance cost by 10 times.
For just 20 ducats a month, I can get -50% province war score cost. By stacking a further 20% via diplomatic ideas, you can get -70% province war score cost as any nation.
Also you can further stack 30% more against different religions via Monuments in Malta and either Monument in Mecca or Council of Trent or Age of Reformation ability.
Which means annexing Ming in single war.

I can't seem to understand a HRE modifier for the HRE funding decision. What does "legitimate subject elector" do?

no cost? wouldnt that defeat the entire point of it being a funding mod? If you're just looking to have some controllable buffs or something, theres a mod called 'custom difficulty' that does that.
