WHAT. The. Hell?!?!?! Why do you have it coded That 3 in game hours after you form an outpost for close to 100 Imperial soldiers rain down and surge against whatever you have? I mean seriously! Even if you start out with the Imperial squad start you get pounded by "Imperial Heavy Assaults." I'm 60 hours into a playthrough 40 squadies with 20 being recruited Samurai Captains with every skill at 90 or above and this assault wiped and killed my entire group.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, and even imported it without relations (because I got attacked again when I had +5 relations... they were raiding my outpost), and so far have not been attacked again. However, there are still huge amounts of them at the southwest outposts where the leader is. Am I supposed to be able to talk to the leader because I cannot

Holy hell, installed this, and within 15 minutes I was notified that a heavy assault was coming to my outpost. Before I realized it, there were probably 50 or more imperials marching towards my base. They weren't immediately hostile when hovering over with cursor, but they started to break down doors and if any of my people were nearby they would then become hostile. Framerate took a huge hit. Any way to get them to not be immediately hostile, or not be in that large of a group? There wasn't any sort of leader that I saw that I could talk to, like the occasional one that has the yellowish dialogue icon when hovering over them. Badass mod though, but definitely wasn't prepared to be assaulted by that many. As it was I thought they'd be neutral or friendly considering I am hostile towards the holy nation

so i settled down on nomad area expecting to be attacked by the usual bandits and beak things , and just as i plopped down my small shack im already being attacked by a imperial war party from nowhere like there was no message saying a war party is going towards your settlement , they just appeared out of air along beak things like WTF xD anyway can I ally then so they leave me alone my relation is still just -3 since i took down the war leader from the war party

Not yet. Feel free to take them yourself and link them, I will add them. The images you'll get from me will be the lowest quality because of my dog shit computer. I'm currently working very hard on this mod and I don't have time or the ability to because of the nature of the mod. You can assume what it looks like because the only armor available is the oblivion armor.
