I imagine with some programming knowledge and reading the game's source you could pull it off yourself though.
Also seems to not work if you try to add it to an existing save game, inners will show up on the work list but you can't enable/disable work types for them.
If it doesn't work for you I suggest placing my mod as low in your load order as possible and if that doesn't work filter out any mods that might interfere.
If Modloader Lite is a different mod from the one mentioned as a dependency this mod (very likely) won't work with it.
