The funny thing is that "shield fatigue" was a medical condition described in ancient greek texts. It's believed to be an early account of PTSD. If its a reference to it, then thats neat as hell. If not it's a funny coincidence.

Shield fatigue is the debuff that the pawn gets tired carrying the shield all day
