yes, i am aware. if you have installed this mod for the first time, you might have to restart the game after installing. also, be sure to use host clients.

I've noticed something the mod works in campaign but in survival at least from what I've seen it doesn't work

that's the main purpose of this mod, but it requires the host having this mod enabled. in case of error from the other players, use "sv_consistency 0".

did you at least restart the game after activating it? sometimes it might not work properly especially for the first time. by the way, do not set sv_cheats to 1.

it only works when your are the host (client-hosted). the link i gave you is that they don't disappear once used. the other one is like: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1185642439 with infinite ammunition too.

this was exactly meant to be usable, but i had no idea of which entity to be edited. i saw the ones making infinite bombs work has the exact codes for that. but for healers, i didn't see the correct one.

Would it be possible to make a version that makes it so that first aid kits, pain pills, and adrenaline shots don't disappear after being used?

are you able to provide some information of how it crashes? by the way, this mod only works in your own hosted games. unfortunately, at the time i was unable to make a script that would read all spawn items once.
