@khaelion: I wouldn't recommend it even if the mod author could, as the meteor leaves stone floor behind after being mined, and would mess up your space map.

when I first saw this, I saw "lucie" and thought "Wait, you have a name on this?!". Then I saw the pawn... all that was in the span of about a second, but it was a very nice double take!

kmtaeco, is it possible to make in work in spacehome_map from SOS2 Experimental?

I tried via xml editing, but i couldnt. But im not a programer.

It would be amazing to be able to "look for" asteroids to mine in the space map, where you can use drones, mining lasers from EDB, etc.

Hi! I tried to make this mod work in space while using SOS2, but I couldn't. The issue is that colonist are not working on the atractor workstation.

My guess is that i'm doing something wrong, and for some reason is not triggering that work in space, probably becouse something should be done in SOS2 files.

I would like to play this mod, specially in space cause having asteroids in your own base map in space allows you to use your ship to mine, transport, etc. Which is awesome. Specially when using drill turrets, conveyor belts, etc.
And having to look for asteroids its quite balance in my opinion.

Oh, and just to confirm the meteors spawn on the correct map now flawlessly. Thanks so much for that fix, the mod has been insanely helpful for my space projects.

Couple ideas I had that could make this even better:
- Option to attract stone meteors as well as metal ones. (for making concrete, ceramics, etc in space)
- "Random" option to summon.. well.. meteors of a random material.

And one that'd be a bit more involved and probably much more difficult to do:
- Mod option that makes the meteors be a chunk of random stone with smaller ore veins inside, or a mix of different ores. When tuned to steel, for instance, you might get a meteor that's mostly sandstone with some compacted steel, or when tuned to random you might get a meteor that's 50% steel, 40% uranium and 10% silver.

Yeah, definitely is doing that. It'll even spawn them on quest maps... kind of unusable if you have more than just the one colony...

I.. think this is coded so that the meteor event happens in the currently focused map, rather than the map the attractor is in. Should probably fix that.
