Hello, each drug gives a certain effect. For example the meth give energy but ad an effect of vision. If you want to know all the effects just try them in game.

Hello i have a question, what do drugs do exaclty, like what do meth does, what smoking a joint does, does it give buffs. restore hunger or anything? OR does it just makes the effect of berries.

is excel updated? because in it it says that the meth tray gives 8 meth pouch and 1 tray but in game it gives 4 meth pouch and 1 tray

Yes, but when planting the ones that are wet and picking them up, it doesn't give you only 1; dry, it gives you 2.

You should add an ability to craft seeds out of completed Weed/opium plants/leaves, or you should have the weed and opium plants give you 1 weed leaf, and 1 weed seed. Kind of like how you have it for cocaine.
