The custom announcer is still in the map. Load the map as described in the installation notes, or download the map from TF2Maps for the voicelines to work.

Man, why'd you remove the announcer? It feels so quiet now. Certain music didn't make sense to be replaced either (Pootis Spencer), I'm very sad with this recent update.
