its not that the b17 wont takeoff its just slow because of the pure size of it. So make sure to use a full runway and taxi when using it.

Yea ill check it out because i swear it worked with inf fuel

ALSO EVERYONE SAYING IT DOESNT FLY - read the start up part, it explains how to start the b17 i used this thing every once in a while and it works perfectly fine

can you please add to the description that it doesnt work if you SPAWN it with inf fuel? i spent like 10 mins tryina figure out why my rpm was so low at max throt

use the fluid anchors with hoses to refuel if you can find them or just respawn it

You guys all have to enable the collective for this plane to work, i tested it the other day in a mp game and it works fine please read the instructions

Something that may help is turning the carburetor heater off after the engines start, that is what kept me at sea level until I turned it off and it flew fine after.

Every time i turn on the collective, the engines turn off, when i use max throt i can only get the tail off the ground, when i try to pull up i stall, and then i run out of runway and land in the water with no progress, i've done everything i can think of.

for some reason as soon as I'm in the air, the plane pulls it's self up, I had it at 2500, but it drifted to 6000 and exploded

oh nevermind it does have throttle but its just enough to slightly move never get off the ground even

It can take off. Sometimes breaks. Just retry if it does.

for some unexplanible resone it wont take off. it dosn't seem to have the umphf to get itself off the ground. over all, very great build. i just wish it could take off.

to get the plane to fly you need to: fuel pumps on then turn all 4 engines on (keeps inf fuel off) then use cross-feed turn the throttle to at least 20 (so you dont blow up) then enable collective and turn the throttle to full for a fast take off or slowly turn the throttle up for a slow take off and enjoy :)
