Added TacView Shader.

Update 1.2:
Rotated the skybox.
Tweaked the lighting so that the pink/purple light from the skybox isn't as jarring.
Added some asteroids around the D point on control after receiving feedback from Alexbay218 on Discord.

Update 1.1:
Made the map 4v4 cos 2v2 is kinda meh.
Tweaked the lighting a smidge.
Added asteroids outside of the map for visuals sake.
Updated AI path finding so they shouldn't get stuck anymore.
