First you will need to subscribe. Make sure you have all the addons required. Check the list in the description. Next, start the game, go to scenarios. You'll find the mission there.

Really fun mission.. Starts off long range battling technicals across the desert, but once you get into town itself it transitions to close in knife fights pretty fast.
