@florenciacosimo I've just added English localization files for ever other supported game language.
None of them look like they do, but if there is it'd probably be Cultures Expanded.

Update. I'm pretty sure it's cultures expanded as it even makes de jure Khazaria larger, but not exist by 1066.
@Horizon Unlikely, since Paradox added some of the features into the base game. You can use it if you like, but I won't check for compatibility with future game updates.
I'm trying to keep them separate so people can pick and choose what they actually want. You can move the mod folders into each other manually without problems if you want to have a smaller list in your playset, but that won't affect anything.
