what is modular pouch 9 ? ty

opened the pbo to get the paas but only the config was there

im having some serious issues getting items to spawn in game. types file has been validated and i used dzsa.tools to set up spawn rates and such. I believe my error has something to do with actually physically spawning the items in game, rather than the editing i have done. Can someone give me a quick run thought on setting this up? Thanks

do I have to activate it like every other mod instead of the original MVS mod or replace the MVS Pbo Files with your PBO Files on my private server and client?

I am new to modding and just finished updating the XML again with all other modfiles after yesterdays 1.16 Update :)
