You actually don't need traffic lights but best way is to use the prioritize rule in Traffic manager

@caynz: I see your point and it's kind of personal preferences how to set these up:) I personally prefer to only use the right lane for merging traffic but if the traffic is heavy you might want to use all three lanes for forward traffic as you have done on the screenshot and set a priority for merging traffic.

I think you messed up 2 lane connectors? They couldn't merge into the right lane on the overpass, https://i.imgur.com/uoc78gn.jpeg fixes it (the brown line)
