Check your mods and try re-installing. Make sure it is not conflicting with any other XDR animation mods that you may have which could be the problem.

I never knew xdr base itself uses scripts for animation slots. I appreciate for your kind explanation

Sadly I cannot, scripts are required to make this function as it uses a base modification to allow it to work in the first place (xdR). Scripts are in place to alter certain things in the game like (Ammo,damage,animation slots etc) to try and make something like this work completely without scripts wouldn't be possible at least to my knowledge, Only addons like Hud and Model replacements seem to be possible because they don't change the games scripts. If you wish to get the best of both worlds you can try hosting a (local server) for friends and that way you'll be able to play with scripts so long as they have the same mods installed too hopefully this explains it.
