I found this set from a google image search (tip of the hat) I need an image of the Remington Model 8 for a Gamer Adventure Book I'm working on. A novice vampire hunter's going to use it to rain some old school hell down on her enemies (had to find a gun that'd actually be in Romania at the time). If you did the modeling, I'd love your permission to use it at the top of a chapter and would credit you however you want. Either way keep up the killer work and GLHF.

I could do it with all classes carrying 1 rifle, but still, I'm not very good at image editing and I really don't enjoy it. But you'd also have to edit the civvies and bad guys (I'd probably make cops and FBI the bad guys). The characters are the only thing stopping a full conversion.

Well I'm pretty sure the devs didn't do that for every weapon. Probably only pistol rifle and shotgun. So that takes it down a bit. There is most likely an easier way so be an idea to ask anouther full conversion

Basically every. single. pose. your trooper takes is a separate image. I didn't count, but I'd guestimate doing 50-100 custom images for each class. And if you want your trooper to show a different gun in his hands that means editiing each and every single one of those 50-100 images with that gun. Let's do a low estimate of 50 images for each trooper, x4 for each class, x11 for each gun. That's 2200 images to edit.

I looked into doing characters and my experience can be summed up with "Fuck that shit". If anyone wants to do a collab with me and provide the characters I'd be more than happy to do a total conversion. As of right now I'm pondering one for WWII.

Thanks for the feedback, fixed it. I copied the vanilla attack types to mod them but didn't rename them. So it should work now.

Just wanted to alert you to an issue. I was using the Mission Generator and I was getting crashes. By backing out all of my mods I found that this mod was the one causing the crash, but only when I had a Shield Class as one of my guys. Note that I didn't have any of my guys equipped with any of your weapons from this mod. I tested a bit more and found that the crash consistently occurred only if using the Mission Generator and a Shield Class with your mod active.

Obviously this isn't a big problem, but I did want to let you know about this. I'm going to post the info in the Support forum just as a heads up.

Oops, it also seems to occur with the single Official Missions as well, again, if this mod is active and a Shield Class is selected.

Maybe run a parallel mod that has both weapons and characters, and leave this one as weapons only? Could be interesting to "roleplay" scenarios with Al Capone & Cie.

I've been considering that, but I'm not sure everyone would like all the characters to be dressed like they're in the 20's. They really need to separate character and weapon sprites.

Great idea for a mod! The full-auto Colt 1911 was a custom weapon used by John Dillinger, famous bank robber in the 1930's.
