I don't know, technically, Zoey Aftermath is supposing to be a older Zoey, perhaps a few years after the infection. So, idk..

She actually looks younger, much like the "teen girl" version of her in beta.

2. What you exactly mean? Changing the hand of model instead using original model hand? In this case, i don't know that much because i commission Zetnus to do this, but as far as my knowledge, these hand likely come from Aftermath model, so maybe he just change the hand part without touching the sleeve part so far, you can try to inbox Zetnus to get it clear though.
