I fixed my problem. I never the knew the volume had to be up to it's max for sound mods to work. Thanks anyways :)

@Kim Jong-II Do you have any other mods that change anything for the charger or any other sounds? Sorry, I'm not too good with this stuff myself, so I don't really know what would make it not work.

Mod isn't working for me, Any help/suggestions? I already verified the game cache whatever it's called twice.

The only reason I'm not downloading this is cause I would be peeing myself from the laughter. This is a very fun mod, showing how the small things can go a long way to make things infinitely better. :D
