Hey @MetaMike I got the mod to work somewhat it only works for Durthu's and the Twilight sister's faction AMAZING MOD!!!!

also they come up as Graphical and not unit in the mod manager

@MetaMike just tried it on it's own still inadvisable and still no icon and YES!!!! I would love to see them for Averlorn!!

@Waystalker make sure the game is updated & see if that happens when this mod is used by itself.

Would u consider making a version of this mod that adds them for the high elfs, for say Averlorn?

@Anax it should work with your reskin mod now. I got rid of the extra skin data & the mod still works so it's much more compatible now with other mods.

If it still doesn't work then there's a chance that reskin mod isn't compatible for other reasons that are beyond my control/understanding. If it still doesn't work post the URL of that reskin mod & I'll take a peek under the covers.

i use hoveric reskin can you make your mod compatible with reskins?

@Anax, the scale mod shouldn't change the skin. Did you use any other mods & still get this same result?

I experienced this issue when using certain reskin mods. Try disabling some of your reskin mods & see if you get same issue.

Funny story, I actually tried change their appearance but it gets really complicated really fast when moving out of the vanilla visual assets in the game. I successfully changed their appearance but I couldn't figure out how to fix them "T-Posing", AKA an error with fixed motionless animations.

Awesome! Any chance of tweaking their appearance a bit more (like the GW unit)? To furthermore separate them from the original unit and treemen lords (think they're a mod)
