guys i think this map is haunted i opened it only to try the customizable folder in the spawn menu
and after a few mins ( i had the menu open, looking at the boxes) i saw something throw itself into the boxes, then the game crashed and closed IMMEDIATELY. i think that what threw itself was the model of the neighbour??? (I SWEAR IT HAPPENED)

@Trimer are you using a cracked version of gmod, if so you need to download this from some where else, or you need to reinstall gmod and/or the map.

ProGaming122 you can go to the console and type nav_generate and it will make a navmesh for every npc you have

As of August 12 2023 All of my Garry’s mod addons are now considered by me to be “legacy mods” this means they will no longer supported by me or anyone I have worked with in the past. I’m fine with people supporting them if they have permission from me to do so

I think I have a idea on what hello neighbor map I should remake in gmod. The unused map caleed "neighbor_3"

then is most likely an issue with other addons. my best bet is to disable all of your addons and check if it then works.then from there turn on each of your addons to pinpoint witch is causing issues

I wouldn't recommend porting models straight up as it a rather time consuming task.
the easy way would be to completely rebuild the map in the hammer editor.
just if you didn't know where hammer is located.it should be by default in the first bin folder in your Garry's mod directory

Try unsubscribing the map and reinstalling your garry's mod i believe that might solve your issue

when I try to load into this map I keep getting a error message saying "Disconnect: Client 0 overflowed reliable channel.." how do i fix it?

Nav support is being worked on.as am adding support for my older maps this will take time
