@LASTING 已经加入同盟的成员国在你完成原版的间谍行动起义之后必定加入起义方。

如果靠成员国的话，应该加个事件比较好，义军同盟成员触发是否加入战争，星海帝国成员也会选择站队，这样变成另类天堂之战体验会更好（独立星系邦联vs银河帝国）
不过能兼容转让舰队就更好了，我只想当军火贩子坐山观虎斗:steammocking:

@LASTING 起义最主要的作用还是夺取皇帝的星球，瘫痪皇帝的生产

@LASTING 同盟游击队设计里主要起到骚扰作用，真的打主力还要靠成员国。不过让成员国可以送科技给义军会考虑做的

话说，能让义军同盟的科技对标支持者么，或者兼容下转让舰队mod。
不知道是不是我操作有误，虽然看着声势很大，和预想的全银河起义不同，只有皇帝国内会爆起义。而且受限于义军的科技，起义军实力也是大猫小猫三两只，想支援我最新的mod科技和舰队都不行，准备那么久却成不了气候...这也太难受了:steamsad:
