I just tried it a second ago and is seems to be working on a new install, but that does not mean something is not broken. These have not been updated in a while. Although, neither has the base game so it should still work.
Even if you don't have any animation mods installed, there may be another outfit/level mod overriding that file. It's very easy for mod makers to pack modded files that are not necessarily needed into their mods.
It's also possible that you have a modified local file which would override everything.
I know that is not much help, but those would be the places I would check first.
Or Is possible for you guys to make a patch?
Animations though, that would be a big job.
For me at least.
This will modify the base Haydee animation file, it may not be compatible with other animation mods.
The only issue with that is once you leave the room you will never be able to go back to that modified start room so you will not have access to the dispenser again.
Maybe I could put another storage container in the start room as well so you could spawn as much ammo as you wanted before you left?
Again, I am open to suggestions.
I have tried to come up with a way to do this that is non-destructive to the main campaign, but it just can't be done. To make matters worse, when you play it in the main campaign it breaks the dialogue for the ammo dispenser.
Unfortunately the file that dialogue relies on cannot be overridden by a mod. That's why it had to be a separate game. It's either this or a replacer I am afraid. A replacer would be for easier, but would break other weapon mods.
I am open to change it though. What you guys and gals prefer. This or a weapon replacer?
Although, I think it's totally fine to add a new room to the regular map. If somebody didn't feel like grabbing them then they should just ignore the room. Just saying my opinion.
