I think the issue is due to Antibirth Item Pack, since there aren't minimap icons for that mod yet, possibly. Here's the log.txt text:
[INFO] - ERR: ...s_2726016551/scripts_minimap_items/minimap_items_api.lua:5: attempt to concatenate a nil value (local 'id')
[INFO] - There was an error running the lua file: E:\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/mods/antibirth item pack_2653039130/main.lua

Reinstalled the mod, that did not fix the issue.

Maybe that's an error which tells that it cannot see specific items on the minimap.

Oh that's a bug due to a MiniMapi update. I should update my mod.

It does not show items in shop. Only those on pedestals

What happens with modded items? Do they just not show up?
